Workouts

10 Rounds:

10 Body rows/pull ups

10 Push presses (W-15 to 25#/M-25 to 45#)

(Working with a partner: With a 1 min timer running, partner A will perform 10 body rows in the first minute then rest. Partner B will perform 10 body rows in the 2nd minute. After the 2nd minute is over partner A will perform 10 push presses in minute 3…)

    I like this. Chris, you primised little or no legs today, but my arms are just as tired and sore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to add the Crossfit WOD of spint 20 rest 40 times 10 rounds for distance (on a tread mill in my air conditioned gym).

    Soreness set in and I ran out of time. Didnt get the WOD from Crossfit in. Will do it tomorrow. Shooters?!?!?!?!!? OMG.
