Thursday 8-5-10

Dumbbell Bear-

Five sets of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats
Goal is to increase the load each round. Rest as needed between sets.
**5 burpee penalty for putting the dumbbells down during a set. Burpees are to be performed immediately after the set.**

    My bad. It was Hug the Bear. I like Hug the Bear so much I did the workout again on 8-10-10 at the Gym at work (since I cant make BFC on Tuesdays). It was very hard again. Thanks Amy for the best name!

    Next workout we should name, “I love clouds.” Hahahaahah Gotta be a burpee workout when all you want to do at the end it stare up at the clouds and try and catch your breath. hahaahaha
