But And

Motivation

Double unders are hard BUT Amy is working on them AND she's getting better!

I want to lose weight BUT I don’t want to give up my fav foods AND I’m totally not gonna sweat for it.

I want to eat healthy BUT my family won’t eat it AND I’m not going to fix two meals for dinner.

I want to go to bootcamp BUT what if they all laugh at me while I’m coughing up a lung AND I really don’t have anything to wear anyway.

Don’t let your BUT AND get in the way of achieving your goals.
