Thursday 7-1-10

Workouts

For time:

100 Push ups

100 Sit ups

100 Squats

(Partition however you’d like- 10,10,10 or all 100 reps, etc…)

Post your time and rep scheme to comments. No more relaxing for me. I’ll be doing this one tomorrow and will report back then. Good luck!

    Trisha and I did ours in 5 sets of 20. My time was 8:27. It was FUN!

    7:16 – was shooting for 7 flat but things caught up to me in round 3. I went for 5 sets of 20 to try something different than you guys. This would have been fun head to head! See you all next week!
