Monday 6-28-10

Workouts

Hey guys! I’m already having a great time in AZ! Good to catch up with my girls!

I know it’s an off week for you guys but I thought I’d give you a bit of direction if you wanted to get some movement in. It’s not a must but if you just have to workout, I’m going to post some things you can work on. Otherwise get some rest and we’ll hit it hard next week.

Monday’s workout:

Skill work- practice balancing/walking on your hands

Wod-

5 Rounds (not for time)

3 Push ups with feet elevated

6 Push ups (on toes)

9 Push ups (on knees)

Rest 3 minutes between efforts.

    I skipped right over the handstands. However, the rest of the workout was really fun!
