The H/H Rule

Motivation

Turkish get-ups help Richie's core stability.

Are you hitting all of your weight loss and fitness goals for the year? If you are then this post isn’t for you. You can stop reading now. I’m sure I’ll post something relevant to your life next Friday. Check back then.

But if you’ve got some work to do and hills to climb in regards to your goals, then pay attention to the H/H Rule.

What’s the H/H Rule?

It’s a very simple process that can tell you if you’re moving closer to the body you want or further away. It might just be the ONE rule you’ll need to follow in order to lose weight, get in shape, and feel better.

Here’s how it works:

Scenario 1-

Say you’re in the grocery store and you pick up the bag of Oreos to put in your cart. Using the H/H Rule you try and figure out if Oreos will Help move you toward or Hinder you from your goals. Easy enough. You then release your death grip on the chocolatey cookies stuffed with creamy goodness and put them back on the shelf. You’ve won a minor battle and are one step closer to fit.

Scenario 2-

It’s 5:30pm after a long day at work. You know that the bootcamp workout will be challenging and feel like you don’t have the energy. Using the H/H Rule you decide that staying home and watching Roseanne reruns isn’t going to melt off belly fat (besides there’s no Oreos in the house). You go to BFC Bootcamp and BAM! You do the workout, feel energized and have a great time with your friends!

WOW! I love the H/H Rule! Give it a try!

See you at Bootcamp!

I like it! I installed the new rule in my brain. I just turned down a rice krispie treat for some nuts. I feel better. :)
