You Can Do This
MotivationI went to my Crossfit certification in March of 2008. I learned a lot and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked back at my notes from the cert.
One of the lectures that stuck out to me was Robb Wolf speaking on nutrition. In his talk he said something very simple that can be applied to every aspect of health and fitness. Something that continues to resonate with me every time I read it.
What was that profound nugget of truth?
“You CAN do this but you actually have to DO it.”
That’s how I wrote it (not bolded but capitalized) at the top of the page.
It’s kinda like Yoda’s, “There is no try only do.”
Sage advice.
Want to get in shape? Get off the couch.
Want to lose belly fat? Eat real food instead of chemical concocted pseudo foods.
Current workout not getting results? Make a change.
Stop talking about how you want to lose weight, lower your cholesterol, eat better, etc, etc…and DO it.
