Sometimes when we train I get angry at the weights when they push me around, I always want to say “Don’t you remember? I have lifted more than this and it was light. What is up? We are not friends?” The iron doesn’t remember…no respect. -John Welbourn

Experts say interval training is twice as effective as normal exercise.

    Hey guys,
    I won’t be there again tonight. I am running the kiddos around to games and practices. My father-in-law past away Tues. morning andJoey left that evening with his two brothers.
    As much as I wish I could be there with my family, I need to finish out the school year and hold down the fort. My prayers and thoughts are with them constantly.
    I will return when I can and miss you all. Debra
