A Better Place
Motivation
I love fitness. I love how I feel after a tough workout. There’s a sense of accomplishment. A feeling that I can do anything. Anything.
Do you feel that way?
If not, I’d suggest a change. A change of pace. A change of activity. A change of something to get you out of that rut.
I’d like to see everyone in our community make a change. A change to get healthier, stronger, leaner, and tougher.
Why?
Because I think in doing so we become better at everything. Better at being a mom or a dad. Better at being a friend, neighbor, brother or sister.
I believe that by improving at those endeavors, we make our community stronger. And when our community is stronger we all win. When enough communities commit to that change, our world will be a better place for all of us.
That’s is my hope. Will you help me?
