    This workout was by far the hardest on me. It is Sunday, three days after the workout and I can’t straighten my arms our without help. I am really sore. I could sleep because my bicept and forearm were constantly throbbing. Ice only numbed the pain. Oh well, tomorrow will be another workout and an opportunity for something else to hurt.
