Run 2 laps

21 Day Fat Loss Program Workout

5 min run/5 min walk

4 min run/4 min walk

3 min run/3 min walk

2 min run/2 min walk

1 min run/1 min walk

Warm up well. Run at 80% effort for the 5 and 4 min runs. 90% effort for the 3 and 2. All out on the 1 min effort.
