1. Square hop drill

2. Farmer’s carry (M 45/25, W35/10)

  • Three carries with each weight ending with 25 jumping jacks.

3. Throw and chase with 25# D-ball.

4. Plank, Superman, Leg lifts

  • 30s on/30s off x4
