What's On Our Plate?
We made Turkey Pumpkin Chili this weekend.
Very easy, very good. My two favorites when it comes to food. I substituted organic black beans for kidney beans but otherwise followed the recipie to a T. That’s not normally how I make chili. I tend to be a bit freewheeling. A little of this and a little of that. It comes out different every time. Sometimes hot, sometimes not but always flavorful. I might have to change my ways because this chili was so good, this recipie is going to go in the rotation this winter when to air turns cold.
