It’s not a gimmick, game or a ploy. Eating real foods that have calories and nutrients really will impact your waistline. Fat-free and low calorie are not the answer. They are the road to the same ‘ol, same ‘ol. If you want to lose fat and gain performance, real food is the way to go. Try eating meals consisting of meat, fruits and vegetables and fat (avocados, nuts, olive oil, or coconut oil). Simple. Easy. Effective.
