Can you avoid these two foods for one week? Try it and let me know how you feel. You might be surprised. You might notice a decrease in a bloated, full, uncomfortable stomach after eating. You might feel energized as you eat better foods (real foods) in place of these two jokers. You might also find HFCS in foods that you didn’t know had them- so take a look.
