Bootcamps start tomorrow! What’s your excuse for not being there?

We’re busy people. We get up, feed the dogs, eat breakfast, go to work, come home, feed the dogs (again), feed the kids, feed ourselves. Life happens. It’s easy to let your exercise program slip. But should you? NO! There’s no excuse. You can find the time for a 20 minute workout. You can tivo Lost, 24, whatever… Don’t let the excuses and business of your life crowd out a fitness routine.

Our bootcamps are designed for busy people. Come early or come late, just get there and we’ll spur you on to get in the best shape of your life.
